Can we hear and see the Mediable workshop facilitators doing it for themselves?
Yes, it's our philosophy to take media professionals at the top of their game and help impart their wisdom to students and teachers. Just as you wouldn't take a driving lesson from someone who couldn't drive a car, or a swimming lesson from someone who couldn't swim, why would you want to learn from someone who doesn't work in the media?
Will our facilitator be CRB checked?Yes, and if this is pending there will be a CRB checked Mediable representative to accompany the facilitator at all times.
How much do the workshops cost?Bearing in mind the calibre of our facilitators and our unique services, compared to general training companies our rates are extremely economical and if you do manage to find a cheaper quote we guarantee to beat it.
Are Mediable workshops available all year round?Yes, we don't stop for the holidays.
Our staff need to get up to speed with the media, how can Mediable help?We realise that the media industry is always evolving and is a challenge to keep up with. Some teachers perhaps won't know much about the media industry, nor how to choose, operate or work the necessary technology. Our facilitators have a wealth of experience in their respective fields and use a multitude of equipment in their day to day jobs. Mediable provides Teach the Teachers workshops to build back into the classroom their newly developed or enhanced skills and knowledge.
Does Mediable have good links to the media industry?Our facilitators work for all major broadcasting companies, not just in the UK but across the world. In addition, Mediable is aligned to numerous educational bodies such as Skillset and North West Vision and Media. We are also in partnership with Synergy School Radio, the only digital radio studio that is integrated and designed for use in education.
